5 tips for Halloween makeup!
1-Prime! You may think about skipping this step so you can dive right into the fun stuff, but by priming your skin you'll close up some pores (especially if you use a pore minimizing primer) and your Halloween makeup will stick better and last all night!
2-Use a setting spray or a product like MAC's fix plus on your eyeshadow brush before you dip in it the shadow and apply. This will make the pigment really come through and pop. It's key for those glittery/shimmery shades.
3-A bold lip can dress up any costume! You don't have to be a makeup pro or the next Jaclyn Hill to completely slay this Halloween. Keep everything simple and use a bright or bold lippie to make your look complete.
4-Halloween is a time to really just go for it. So if you've been afraid of a serious winged liner, I say do it! There's no better time to get a little edgy then the spookiest night of the year. A look I'm always to scared to try is a serious cut crease with a bold wing, complete with a purple lip!
5-After the fun is over, be sure to thoroughly wash your makeup off. I know it's easy to just take a makeup wipe and hop into bed, but really get in there. I've been loving the makeup eraser to completely get all my makeup off! And pamper your skin a few days after going hard, face masks here you come! Get creative this Halloween and be sure to use #NEXTonSCENEbeauty on IG so I can stalk your posts!
