Happy 2017!

It's officially winter in New England. Thanks to Abby Reid, we have an organic alternative to looking pale. Made with predominantly sugar and food coloring , Abby offers organic spray tans from her "Sun Tan Van". The Sun Tan Van is her mobile van that travels to do airbrush tanning across the state of MA! Therefore, yes you can be tan right outside your doorstep (they can come to YOU :) ).

Founded back in September of 2015, Abby always had a passion for making people feel good. After the loss of her grandfather who was a successful businessman, Abby wanted to start her OWN business. She knew she had the passion and drive so she took her classes and got certified in Airbrush Tanning!

Now this is NOT your average spray tan. "It takes 10 mins to a half hour pending how long you talk to the airbrush tanner during the process " Abby states (as she chuckles).

We understand from an outside perspective, people have a lot of questions and some try to avoid the nervousness especially if it is their first time!

Wednesday before New Years our Editor in Chief went to get her first airbrush tan to test out and review.

First, The Sun Tan Van sends you an email prior to the tan of how to prep for it!

There are two different tans The Sun Tan Van is currently offering:

The gray bottle to the left is the "Standard" spray tan. Once you are tanned you wait EIGHT hours to shower. This particular spray takes eight hours to develop color. Currently the Sun Tan Van is offering this at $65.

The beach bottle to the right is the "Rapid Line" time sensitive spray tan. The longer you leave this one on, the darker you get. You can rinse with just water after your tan depending on how dark you want to get. They will have recommendations for you pending your color right after the spray. Currently the Sun Tan Van is offering the "Rapid Line" at $75.

*DISCLOSURE" you do feel more sticky from this one at first then the "Standard" spray.

When you get tanned, you can wear a bathing suit or go in naked. They roll with however you feel comfortable !
