This summer, I finally took the leap and officially launched my holistic skincare line,

Hoxie Organics. I have always had an affinity for beauty products, and it was that love

that started me on this journey. It has been so exciting so far! Perfecting recipes,

brainstorming new products, and working with my husband on the branding (luckily for me he’s a graphic designer) - every aspect has been a blast!

I believe that what goes on your body is just as important as what goes in your body. That is what caused me to, be very particular about which - and how many - ingredients were being used in my products. With that in mind, I set out on creating a small batch, organic product that was not only good for you, but environmentally friendly, as well. As a Boston native, I am fortunate to be in such a thriving hub - one that also has a huge local, farm-f fresh scene. For Hoxie Organics, it was my goal to take this same farm- to- table concept and blend that into my products. I stand behind locally sourced ingredients when possible and always, always organic.

Right now, Hoxie Organics is available at Rise Beauty Studio on Newbury Street in

Boston, Market Floral Studio (South Boston), Callie and Fenn (Concord, Ma) and Studio 291 (Newton, Ma). Rise Beauty Studio, a semi-permanent make up studio, was the first local business to carry Hoxie Organics. You can find some of my favorite products from the line at the studio including the vanilla + sugar body polish. This gentle exfoliant leaves skin hydrated, replenished and absolutely glowing! Another favorite of mine, also available at Rise, will be the lemon + lavender calming bath salt. This is a delicious blend of lightly detoxifying Himalayan pink salt crystals and Dead Sea soaking salts. I love using after a long day!
